The extracted fields are displayed in the Fields tab. To validate a field, click in the field to display its shortcut toolbar which includes:

• Validate field - to validate a field
• Reset field to original value - to discard the current value and revert to the original value
• Select text region on image - to select the region on the invoice where the required data is located.

After all fields are validated, click the Validate button at the top left corner. The validate dialog closes and the invoice will not be available on the main tree view as the invoice has been validated.

Each field has a state indicated in the third column.
