Prizm® Viewer can be purchased and used by two, general end user groups. To enhance your end user experience, we recommend reading the following descriptions, determining which end user group best describes you, and then following the tips in the help file that refer to your user group:
The company you work for installs enterprise-wide applications for most everyone to use. You have an internal systems group that installs the applications on your desktop and supports you with general usage questions and troubleshooting. If this best describes you, then look for the Enterprise User icon in the help file which highlights features and functions you need for optimum use of Prizm Viewer:

You purchased Prizm Viewer and have installed it on your desktop. This option also includes smaller companies that purchase Prizm Viewer but do not have a formal internal systems group that oversees installation and troubleshooting for applications. If this best describes you, then look for the Individual User icon in the help file which highlights features and functions you need for optimum use of Prizm Viewer:

If a section in the help file applies to both types of user groups, then no icon will be shown.
