List files allow you to provide additional functionality and customization capability for Prizm® Viewer. With Prizm Viewer, the same HTML markup is used for a list file and an image. For more information about the HTML markup, refer to the Prizm Viewer Admin Help.
With a list file you can:
- Provide an ordered list of image URLs, each image being a single or multi-page image file
- Include only a subset of pages from any multi-page file
- Set all the initial properties for Prizm Viewer
- Specify the Table of Contents for the list file content
- Specify annotation servers and/or specific annotation files
- Customize menus, toolbars, and docking windows
- Restrict commands from being available to the user

Notes & Tips
-
You can create an Image List File using any tool that you prefer. You can create them with an editor like Notepad, or Microsoft Word, or any other application that can create plain text files. Use the Accusoft Prizm Viewer List File Schema referenced in the Prizm Viewer Admin Help file to create your XML list files.
- You can also print images without viewing them. For more information, refer to the Printing without Viewing section within the Prizm Viewer Admin Help.
