Question - When Prizm Viewer is displayed in my web page, I am seeing "Press SPACEBAR or ENTER to activate and use this control."  The end user has to click on the control, or press one of the keys before they can use any of the features.

Answer - This behavior is due to a limitation imposed by Internet Explorer that prohibits users from directly interacting with ActiveX controls loaded using OBJECT tags. There are work-around solutions available that will allow the user to immediately interact with Prizm. Look at the example HTML code in Embed Prizm Viewer in a Web Page topic in this document, or any of the samples included with the Prizm Viewer Software Development kit.
