Listed below are the steps to enable debug logging information from within Prizm Viewer:

1. Select Preferences.
2. Select Viewer.
3. Select the Error Log File check box.
4. Restart the browser.
5. Reproduce the issue.
6. Open the Debug Log from the defined default directory.

The default location of the debug log file is:

• Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 - c:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Local Settings\Temp\Prizm Viewer Log File.txt
• Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 - c:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Temp\Prizm Viewer Log File.txt
• Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 With IE in Protected Mode - c:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Temp\Low\Prizm Viewer Log File.txt

The debug log can grow without bounds and should be checked and disposed of as needed.

7. To open the log file, double-click on the file Prizm Viewer Log File.txt.
