Occurs when the "Toolbar / Windows - View All Docking Windows" command has completed.

Remarks
The user has clicked on the "Toolbar / Windows - View All Docking Windows" menu item. When this
occurs, Prizm Viewer will first generate the "OnWindowShowDefaultDockingStart" event, then toggle
the checkmarks for all of the docking windows to be open / closed on the menu and show / hide
the docking windows, then generate the "OnWindowShowDefaultDockingFinish" event.
