Occurs when the user selects the menu Toolbar/Windows - Scripting Toolbar command, or customizes the toolbar to toggle (show/hide) the Scripting toolbar.

Remarks
This event fires when the user has clicked on the Toolbar/Windows - Scripting Toolbar menu item, or customized the rebar to show/hide the Scripting toolbar. When this occurs, Prizm Viewer first generates the OnToolbarScriptStart event, then toggles the image toolbar, then generates the OnToolbarScriptFinish event.
