Occurs when the user selects the menu or toolbar Page Settings - Rotate Left and the image is rotated counter-clockwise 90 degrees.

When the user clicks on the menu or toolbar button for Page Settings - Rotate Left, it will first generate the "OnImageRotateLeftStart" event, perform the rotate left operation, then generate the "OnImageRotateLeftFinish" event.
