Gets and sets the arrangement of the toolbars.

A string value which represents the values to customize for the toolbars.

Remarks

Set this property in the Object/Embed tag or during the OnInitialize event. Setting this property has no effect if set in a list file.

Note: The user cannot override any customizations made using this property.
