ProxyWebService

Prizm Content Connect has a built-in HTTP & HTTPS WebServer that serves the document conversion requests and does load balancing and various other tasks.

By default, after a complete installation, you can check if the HTTP WebServer is running by pointing your browser to:

http://localhost:18680/convert2swf

convert2swf WebService by default is setup to run on port 18680 and in http mode. This host and port can be changed by editing the <prizm-install>\conf\proxyserverjar.properties file.

The parameter values supported by the service are described in ProxyWebService Parameters section.

It is required that when accessing the legacy services - Proxy Server, convert2swfclient.jar, that the product be run in Legacy mode.

Legacy Mode should only be used if you have an existing application that uses the Prizm Proxy Server service directly.
