The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
If true all of the elements are selected. If false all of the elements are deselected.
Description
Selects or deselects all annotation elements for the specific layer.

Parameters
layerHandle
The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
bSelect
If true all of the elements are selected. If false all of the elements are deselected.
