SetPenColor Method

The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
The RGB (Red Green Blue) color value for the selected tool's pen color.
Description
Sets the default pen color for a specific tool for a specific layer.

Parameters
layerHandle
The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.

Remarks
This will effect tools created programmatically or selected from the toolbar.
