This function updates the length of ruler start point touch.

Arguments:

Name Type Description
hMark HIG_ARTX_RULER Annotation handle.
nLength AT_INT Specifies new length of ruler start point touch.

Return Value:

Error count.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
