com.accusoft.imagegear.formats.xmp.ImGearXMPRational class value.
Sets FocalPlaneXResolution value of the EXIF XMP schema.

This XMP value represents EXIF tag 41486 (0xA20E) and specifies horizontal focal resolution, measured pixels per unit.
