com.accusoft.imagegear.formats.xmp.ImGearXMPRational class value.
Sets ExposureBiasValue value of the EXIF XMP schema.

This XMP method represents EXIF tag 37380 (0x9204) and specifies exposure bias, unit is APEX.

)
