setScanningDirection Method

Sets Scanning Direction IPTC dataset.

Method replacesthe tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise.

This method accesses the Scanning Direction DataSet (3:100). The DataSet indicates the correct relative two dimensional order of the pixels in the objectdata.
