Sets Max Subfile Size IPTC dataset.

Method replacesthe tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise.

This method accesses the Max SubfileSize DataSet (7:20). The DataSet indicates the maximum size for the following Subfile DataSet(s).

)
