getExpirationDate Method

Returns Expiration Date IPTC dataset.

Method returnsthe tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise.

This method accesses the ExpirationDate DataSet (2:37). The DataSet designates in the form CCYYMMDD the latest date the provider or owner intends the objectdata to be used.

Contains eight bytes, consisting of numeric characters.
