Specifies the scrollbar whose attributes are requested.
Returns width and height dimensions of the windows scroll bar.
Syntax
ImGearSize getScrollBarDimensions( 
   ImGearScrollBarType scrollBarType
)

scrollBarType
Specifies the scrollbar whose attributes are requested.
